Shamanic Energy Sessions

Each session is a ceremony, a chance to step outside ordinary time and enter the medicine wheel of life, creation, and death. Sessions may include cleansing and renewal, journey work, death rites, destiny retrievals, and soul retrieval, whatever the moment calls for.

Individual sessions run 90 minutes to two hours; family and couple sessions are also available. In-person sessions conclude with a Taoist Stone Medicine treatment. Offered remotely or in person.

Classical Taoist Stone Medicine

Classical Taoist Stone Medicine is a healing practice closely related to acupuncture, and by tradition, its predecessor. Lore holds that before the use of needles, Taoist priests placed stones directly on the acupoints to work with the body's energy. Today, specific stones are placed on the acupoints, working with the Eight Extraordinary Meridians, deep reservoirs of qi that feed the twelve regular meridians and nourish our constitutional strength, the vitality passed down through our lineage.

This medicine comes from the Jade Purity School, an oral lineage carried forward by acupuncturist Sarah Thomas and her teacher, Jefferey Yuen, an 88th generation Taoist priest, tracing back to Lady Wei. As an oral transmission, it is lived and passed down, not written into books.

Stones reach the deepest parts of us, our subconscious, our essence, our jing. Formed over millions of years, they carry no ego and know exactly where to go. Stable and unreactive, they are what stays the same as everything else changes, making them powerful companions through life's biggest transitions.

Sessions are gentle, grounding, and deeply restorative.
